Exoplanet Lectures

I will soon add some more info about my current lectures. In case you would be interested into inviting me to give a lecture or talk about the exoplanets (or other topics...), let me know. If my possibilities allow it, I'd love to come.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Exoplanets

This is my most current lecture (spring 2026) about exoplanets. It covers basic information as well as the methods of discovery and research. It also includes various exciting facts about the most interesting exoplanets known, as well as thoughts on the possibility of life on them. The lecture is scalable both in length (30 to 90 minutes) and targeted audience (all groups from elementary school students and the general public up to a college level students).

A Night Sky Tour

One of my favourite activities is to watch the night sky. If the weather conditions and the light pollutions level allow it, it is so easy to get lost in the light of thousands of stars... Or not! From ancient times, humans were orienting according to the stars - thanks to the stellar constellations. With my Night Sky Tour you can get an easy introduction into the deeps of the night sky. What constellations to look for? What can you find there? And what stories are they telling us? Book the tour to find out! If possible (depending on the regulations), the use of the laser pointer make orientation in the night sky much easier. Depending on the available equipment, the tour can include a telescope observation of the brightest objects of the night sky.
